This mod loads a new event handler into CityServiceWorldInfoPanel to respond to clicking on the "Allow Intercity Trains" option as for some reason the original event handler is not working for me and others. Hopefully Paradox will release an official patch soon. And in case the "chirping" sound annoys you, you can switch its volume to zero in the Audio options.
