I want to rank 13 items - the worst value would always receive 1 point, the best value would always receive 13 points. If there are duplicate values on rank 1 (like on image) => overall rank should check rank 1 and see which of these duplicates have higher rank in rank 2. (same with rank 2 and 3)

When the voting is over, I will open the results in Excel, convert the ranked candidate cells to columns, save, and then use the RCV tabulator.
